Deoria Tal lake is about 3km atop a hill from the Village Sari and from Lake Haven resort. The lake is situated at an altitude of 2,438 metres forests and offers refreshing views of snow-clad peaks at the backdrop. One can see the reflection of the majestic Chaukhamba on the crystal clear water of the lake which is an awe- inspiring sight indeed.

Chopta is a attractive hamlet which is still unexplored by the tourists, its also known as Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand. Wake up with cool healthy blow and tweets of birds, morning view from Chopta is energize when the crimson rays of sun kisses the snow-laden Himalayas. The hushed abode is enclosed by the pines, deodars, rhododendrons and other conifers that can be found in this region, which makes this place rich in flora and fauna.

While India is home to many temples that are dedicated to Lord Shiva, there are some of the temples which is special due to their importance. Tungnath is one such temple, situated among the distinguished mountains of Tungnath, and is famed for being one of the world’s highest Shiva temples. It is one of the Panch Kedars and is thought to have been from a time period that was nearly 1000 years ago. It is thought that Adi Sankacharya made the discovery.

Chanrashila is the summit above Tungnath temple. The meaning of Chandrashila is, Moon Rock. From this peak you can see views of the Himalayas, where you will see, Nandadevi Parvat, Trisul Parvat, Kedar Parvat, Bandarpunch Parvat, Chaukhamba Parvat. As per Local story, this place Lord  Rama (Shree Ram) meditated after defeating the Ravana.
