From New Delhi: If you are coming from national capital then you can reach to Rishikesh via railway or buses, you can also reach to Dehradun by air and then Rishikesh by taxi. From Rishikesh you can book a Jeep/Tata Sumo/ Taxi to Chopta/Dugalbitta or if you want to save the money then you can use the public transport to reach here.
